About Kervence and our research approach

What Kervence does: daily brief, source-linked answers, company reports, a technical picture on every stock, insider trades, peers and macro. Plus how the research is made.

Kervence is a stock research product for people who want to understand the companies they follow. Our public launch focuses on US-listed companies on Nasdaq and NYSE, with the product presented in English.

What Kervence helps you do

Kervence looks at both sides of a stock: the business, from filings and news, and the price, from its own trading history. What you get depends on the plan shown on the product page.

  • Daily brief. Before the US market opens: what moved your portfolio and watchlist, and why.
  • Ask Kervence. Questions about any stock or about your portfolio, answered with the sources linked.
  • Technical picture. A trend channel for every stock over five months, 18 months and six years, with the support and resistance levels the price has turned at before.
  • Company reports. Price, News, Valuation, Bull vs. bear, Scenarios and Your portfolio, as one full report with a short summary or one module at a time. Past reports stay available.
  • Pro modules. Competitors (peers side by side), Ownership (insider trades from SEC Form 4 filings) and Macro (how the stock moves with macro factors).
  • Portfolio. Allocation by sector, industry and exchange, contribution to return, concentration and currency, and the day's biggest moves.
  • Watchlist and market pages. 5 stocks, 25 stocks or every US stock depending on the plan, plus a sector map, today's movers, industry pages and commodity pages.

Evidence and interpretation

AI research helps explain filings and other company information. Treat the explanation as an interpretation of the available evidence, then follow the source links to verify material claims. Coverage and freshness vary; an incomplete source set can leave an important question unanswered.

The trust center describes the data foundation and freshness. Our research guide gives a practical way to check business performance before relying on a conclusion.

How the technical picture is made

Kervence's technical picture is calculated directly from each stock's price history, without AI writing it. You see the trend, support and resistance next to what the company reports, so both the chart and the business are on the same page. A price trend does not establish a company's financial condition or guarantee a future price.

What the research cannot promise

A report can help organize an investment decision, but it cannot guarantee returns or remove uncertainty. Valuation outputs depend on their assumptions. The scenario guide and fictional report illustration explain how to read those limits.
